Autofill APIs are now available on Canva Pro and above 👑

Hi everyone,

Quick update on the Autofill APIs. As of today, Autofill is available to users on Canva Pro (including Canva Education), Canva Business, and Canva Enterprise through the Connect APIs and the Canva MCP server. It’s no longer limited to Enterprise.

We plan to introduce usage limits for Autofill in the future. We’ll share details here well before anything changes.

What this means for you:

  • Integrations calling POST /v1/autofills work for any authenticated user on Pro, Teams, or Enterprise.
  • The autofill-design MCP tool is available on Pro and above.

Brand templates are available on the same plans, so both create_from_brand_template and the design-based modes (create_from_design and update_design) work for any Pro, Teams, or Enterprise user.
