I’ve got two apps I want to publish.
One was sent for review, while the other is disabled.
It seems that I’m locked from getting any support, and this community is the only place where I have access. When I try to click on the ‘Get support’ button on the canva.dev website I get a permission denied info.
If I try to click on links from the feedback tab in my app, I also get the permission denied error.
I’ve created a post asking for help in the Q&A section, but apart from a single response asking me to let the responder know when our app is updated, I received no further responses (the app was already updated when I asked the question).
I’m not sure how to proceed, how and where i could ask for help when everywhere i try to go I get access denied error or no response?

Some time ago, when i wrote my first post in the Q&A section I was unable to access it. After resetting the password i was getting ‘access denied’.
Today I’ve tried again, reset the password again and i was able to login.
Thanks for bringing this up again, I gave up on that link (I saw it in the blog post).
I’ve created a support ticket and will await an answer.

Sorry to hear you’re facing access issues on the Canva website. If the support and feedback links return permission errors, it could be a permissions or account-related issue. I recommend checking your account status and reposting in the relevant community section with detailed error info. Hopefully, someone from the Canva team can step in soon.
I’m experiencing the same issue with my own project — a drone-related app I’m trying to publish. One of my apps is currently under review, while the other appears disabled, and just like you, I’m also getting “permission denied” errors when I try to access the Get Support page or links from the feedback tab.
It’s been quite difficult to get any official response or direction so far. If you (or anyone from the Canva Dev team) manage to find a way to contact support or resolve the access issue, please share the process here. I’ll do the same if I get any update on my end.
