Minor issues, however, detracts from the experience, getting started and finding solutions.
Possibly a quick win; there are multiple sites. I appreciate that they link well and often seamlessly; however, inconsistencies exist.
For example, the top header (logo and menu items) is the same. However, there are the following differences:
- canva.com: Logged-in, has “Canva Extend” banner, No Search, No SCIM API in Document Menu
- canva.dev: Search docs, Document Menu, contains SCIM API, No Banner, No Login
- canva.com/blog/developer: Document Menu contains SCIM API, No Login No Banner, No Search
Only canva.dev has a footer banner, and with it, the only one to link to community.canva.dev, see:
Suggestions (weakly held):
- Using one url, either
canva.devorcanva.com/developers - Put the dev blog under the above URL +
/blog/ - Make the header and footer consistent
- Make community more visible
- Possibly use slack (or other tool) over a community forum to allow the community to work faster and encorage the community to self support
