We’ve seen a lot of questions here about how long app reviews are taking, so we wanted to share an update.
First, thank you for building on Canva! Submissions have doubled in recent weeks, which is amazing to see. It also means there’s a big backlog, and reviews are taking longer than we’d like.
We know how much work goes into your app, and we’re sorry for the wait. Every app is in the queue and will be reviewed in order. We’re also working internally to speed things up where we can, and we’re keeping a close eye on how it’s moving.
Please don’t resubmit. Duplicates can add to the backlog and slow things down for everyone.
